Black Powder

Saturday morning, March 14, Barbara Clark, Rick Mitchell, and Melissa Watson tilled the Okanis Garden again, using a larger tiller to trace over, deepen, and break up the rows which were turned the previous Saturday. The soil tumbling from the tiller tines looked rich and fine, like black powder.
